After early breakfast, leave for Nubra Valley, driving across Khardong – la (alt: 18,380 ft. – highest motorable pass in the world). After descending in the valley, visit Deskit (Headquarters of Nubra Valley) and visit Diskit monastery and the statue of beautiful Maitreya Buddha (Future Buddha) and drive on to your Hotel. Post lunch, you can enjoy the ride of double hump Camel at sand dunes. (if interested on the way one can do an ATV ride on sand dunes)
After breakfast drive to Thang. (the last border village of Inida – Pakistan border) this village was part of Pakistan before 1971. Enroute visit and explore Turtuk village.

Today early morning proceed to Pangong lake via Sha-yok river road. It a scenic road for taking photos along the Shayok river and the beautiful fresh glacier water river at Durbuk village sites.
Dinner and overnight in the camp
Today don’t miss the sunrise over beautiful breath taking view of pangong lake . After breakfast return to Leh via Changla Pass. Visit the Rancho school on the way back where the movie 3 idiots was been shooted.
