Embark on Snow Leopard Trails in Leh Ladakh Region with Golden Age Ladakh Expedition 2026

To embark on The Snow Leopard Trails you have to visit Ladakh a region in North (India). As in winters the roads to Ladakh shuts due to heavy snowfalls both the major National highway NH 1, which connects between Srinagar (Kashmir) to Ladakh and The NH 3, is connecting Manali and Himachal Pradesh to Leh Ladakh. So the only option left to reach Ladakh is by Flight from Delhi. Most reliable Airlines we recommend is Air India and IndiGo.
This Snow leopard trails not only offer the great chances to encounter the most elusive The Snow Leopard (Panthera uncia), also known as the ounce, but also provides a chance to encounter Himalayan Lynx (Felis lynx isabellina) also known as Central Asian Lynx. And many other mountain goat species.
